Hungry, Thirsty? You’ll be Well Taken Care of at #rp17!

Besides the wealth of food for your soul on offer, we’re also making sure to take care of your culinary well-being at #rp17. And we’re already getting started on the Sunday before the re:publica.


The restaurant will be offering two daily dishes during the re:publica 2017 from 8 to 10 May, including one vegetarian option. You can choose between:

  • "Asian vegetable stir fry " – Fresh, crisp vegetables (Coriander, bamboo sprouts, chili peppers, paprika) with basmati rice in peanut or teriyaki sauce and
  • Venison goulash in balsamic vinegar-currant sauce with bacon chanterelles and spaetzle

 


Prefer a salad? The restaurant has “green salad with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, pine nuts, parmesan and balsamic vinegar dressing” on offer.

Soup fans can get their fill with

  • “Sweet potato-carrot soup with double cream and coriander” or
  • “Asian lamb-vegetable soup with ginger, chili peppers, lime leaves and lemongrass”.

 


For anyone who still doesn’t have nomnomnom cascading through their brain after reading that, we’ve got the outside area at the re:publica with its many food stands to fulfil your needs – there you’ll be able to tuck into some frozen yoghurt, “nice fries”, bratwurst, steak, pizza and “Porchetta Fraktion, among other things.

And you won’t be left thirsty either! New this year, we’ve got Solimate! This isn’t just traded fairly and made from ingredients that have been grown sustainably – money from the sales also goes into supporting projects run by and with refugees. A great project that acts completely in line with our Love Out Loud! motto this year. Besides that, there will also be water and soft drinks from fritz-kola and Flora-Power Mate.

We hope that you’re just as excited as we are about yet another, culinary reason to look forward to May 8 to 10 in Berlin!
