I am a Lecturer in Journalism at the School of Communications, Dublin City University, Dublin, Ireland. I am also a contributor for the RuNet Echo project for Global Voices and a contributor to Freedom House's Freedom on the Net report. I study social movements, protest, and digital media in Ukraine, Russia, and other post-Soviet countries.
