Rainer Seider, strong on 25 years’ experience in international cooperation and projects, is heading the unit for International Cooperation (European affairs, foreign trade policy and development cooperation) in Berlin´s Ministry for Economic Affairs. He initiated the Asia-Pacific Weeks (APW) as a platform for dialogue with partners in Asia-Pacific in 1997 and the StartUp Asia Berlin network with Bangalore, Manila and Jakarta during the APW 2016. He has special experience in the cooperation with partners in France, Russia, Turkey and various Asian countries. He is an international networker for Berlin with a focus on startups.
